Who gets texts

What you get

Enrollment invitations, check-in reminders, and account or app notifications. No marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

How you opt in

  1. Invitations. You give your mobile number to join a study offered in the app and agree to be contacted about it. One invitation text follows, and replying STOP declines it.
  2. In the app. You agree to texts when you consent in the app. The Text Messages switch in Notification Settings is on after consent and can be turned off at any time, and the app shows the notice “Reply STOP to any text to stop. Message and data rates may apply.”
